An appropriate number of movers came to move a very large and heavy (204#) bathroom vanity down to the basement bathroom and three kitchen cabinets to the basement kitchenette. They did the job carefully and quickly.
The two movers arrived on time and finished on schedule. They were pleasant to work with and provided some extra help where it wasn't expected. There were no surprises with the billing, no damages, and the whole experience with MidSouth Moving and Storage was great from start to finish. My only suggestion is that the truck should carry a set of basic tools (hammer, screwdriver etc.) which would have been useful for taking apart and reinstalling the bed frame. Based on my experience, I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
The crew members are a Dream Team with over a 100 years experience among them! They were efficient, cordial and above all treated furniture and boxes with great care and consideration. The crew leader set the tone..... he communicated regularly with me during the loading and unloading and instilled a confidence in me that all was well and would be taken care of with diligence and respect for one's worldly goods. I will HIGHLY recommend the local MidSouth Moving and Storage team and especially the team that created a move that happened for me with ease.
The 2 movers helpers came were great! hard working . Nothing got broke, even helped for 2 more hours. Ty again! We will call on them again to help in the future Blessings.👍👍😊
The crew was awesome. Very friendly, very efficient. Arrived on time and explained everything clearly. There were no surprises and they were very up front about the pricing. Took great care in moving furniture and assembling my bed. Really appreciated their help. The company also follow up very quickly with any inquiries.
